What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), net banking, EMI on cards above ₹3000, and Cash on Delivery.
Is COD available?
Yes, COD is available on orders up to ₹15,000. A ₹40 handling fee applies.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, before it's dispatched. Once shipped, you'll need to refuse delivery or return after delivery.

How long does delivery take?
3-5 business days standard. Express (₹99 extra): 1-2 days in metros.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently only within India.
How do I track my order?
Use Track Order link in the menu, or your SMS/WhatsApp tracking link.
Returns & Warranty
What's your return policy?
7-day replacement on faulty/defective products. No-questions-asked.
What does the 1-year warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects, electronic failures and battery issues. Excludes physical damage and water damage.
How do I claim warranty?
WhatsApp us at +91 98765 43210 with your order ID and a video of the issue. We'll arrange a free pickup and replacement.
Products & Authenticity
Are the products genuine?
100%. We source directly from authorized distributors. Every product has a manufacturer warranty + our own 1-year warranty on top.
Do drones need DGCA registration?
Drones under 250g (nano category) don't require registration. Heavier drones need DGCA registration through the Digital Sky platform.
